Since her first Ashtanga class with Scott York in 2003, Molly has been actively investigating the many different shapes of yoga in our western world. From the Kripalu Center in Berkshire Hills of Massachusetts to Estes Park in the Colorado Rockies, she has studied with many great teachers and has attained the knowledge, and most importantly, the confidence to share her love of yoga with others.
Molly is a 200 hour Kriplau Certified Instructor, currently working towards her 500 hour certification. She has been a member of both the Yoga Alliance and the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She has studied with many esteemed teachers such as; Sean Corn, Nicky Doan, Patricia Walden, Baron Baptiste and Judith Lasater. She teaches flowing, breath based classes that are rooted in Ashtanga tradition.
Since the birth of her third child, Molly has been interested in the community that motherhood creates, as well as, the knowledge and wisdom that can be shared when mothers come together in one space to practice, with their new babies by their side.
