Liz Soper has been practicing yoga for over 15 years. She came to yoga originally to help balance her running + support her through the raising of her two beautiful daughters. Today yoga has become a way to deepen her understanding of herself + support others on their journey. Liz completed her 200 RYT at Laughing River Yoga in 2015 + has trained with the Veterans Yoga Project, Bodhi Mind + Yoga + the Shivashakti School of Yoga in Maine. In 2018, she trained with Leslie Howard + received her certification as a certified Pelvic Floor Yoga™ teacher. Recently she completed her 100-hour Teacher Enhancement Program at Laughing River Yoga + is interested in further exploring yoga therapy as it pertains to both stress + physical limitations and works to emphasize a safe and intentional space for students to practice.
