Yoga is a great balancer, balancing mental, physical and spiritual health. As we practice we build awareness of the ground beneath our feet and our reach to the stars. We are a community, and yoga has the potential to slough off the cranky misnomers of division and align us to our more authentic self as well as to that of one another. I have had the delight to practice yoga for decades, under several incredible teachers from India, Tibet, Burlington, New York and Stowe. May all beings find happiness.
