Grace came to yoga after a mild traumatic brain injury, with a deep desire to slow down + find a sense of balance. In 2016 she completed a 200-hour training with Laughing River Yoga + has also completed trainings with the Love Your Brain Foundation + Veterans Yoga Project.
She is greatly influenced by practices which cultivate a sense of steadiness + ease, + works to create a space where students can explore their unique practice. When not on the mat, Grace is also a snowboard coach, avid mountain biker, + paddleboard enthusiast. She is looking forward to exploring the practice of yoga with you!
