Grace first discovered yoga as a supplement to sports and injury rehabilitation and has since integrated the practice into daily life. She recognizes that the practice of yoga is unique to each person each day, and works to create an environment of lighthearted self-inquiry.
Since moving to Vermont, she completed a 200-hour training at Laughing River Yoga in Burlington. She has received additional training with the Love Your Brain Foundation with the intention to spread awareness of the importance and benefit of mindfulness both on and off the mat.
Grace is currently pursuing a 500-hour certification at LRY and is looking forward to exploring the practice of yoga with you!
