Alignment Flow: This class blends vinyasa-linking breath and movement with physical alignment. You can expect in the class to balance strength and flexibility, a sequenced class to open to a peak pose, proper alignment cues to avoid injury , pranayama (breathwork) practices and philosophy of yoga and meditation. This class is for more experienced practitioners….and that may just mean you know how to modify down or up according to your needs.
Gentle/Yin: Don’t let the Gentle fool you! This class will focus towards longer held passive-meaning not using muscular strength- to get deeper into connective (fibrous) tissue in the body. It will be balanced with slower flows to move the blood and energy through the body. A more delicate, but intense way to gain more flexibility and deeper sense of grounding.
