Within each of us is a wealth of wisdom. This wisdom is an integral part our being and is communicated through our body, energy centers, heart, and soul.  Our Heart is an important key to opening the doors of healing at the deepest levels of our being.  As we move through life, it is essential to know how to listen deeply and trust our compass of the heart which is guiding us towards our joy.  In this weekend retreat, we will experience being more present, loving and heart-centered with all parts of yourself, so we can live a more vibrant, balanced and harmonious life.

My Present Heart retreats are designed to create a symbiotic relationship with all aspects of the self: Spiritual, Mental, Emotional, Energetic and Physical.  It offers a safe, intimate environment for you to increase Listening to, Communicating from, Trusting the Wisdom of and Following your Heart.

The interactive style of the retreat and facilitation allows participants to embody in the present moment what they want to express or receive–resulting in the breaking of old belief systems, rewiring of cellular memory and deeper connections with themselves, others and life.
