Beginner Yoga/Series- The “beginner” offerings are great for those new to yoga, wanting to slow down, and learn the basics of alignment and philosophy. Whether it is an ongoing class or series, you will learn basic postures, sun salutations, how to modify your practice to your body, basic yoga philosophy, breathing techniques, and an introduction to meditation. It is a well rounded introduction to the yoga practice. Beginner Yoga Series will accept drop-in students based on availability.


Other classes that are great for beginners are Hatha level 1 classes, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Gentle Therapeutic, and Meditation. All other classes you are welcome to join, however, there may not be just as much slowed down instruction. If you have any questions please email or ask a teacher.
